Subsequently, and within less than 24 hours, we will contact you via email, sending your Electronic Tour Tickets or any service with your confirmation code where you will find the schedule for pick-up at your hotel or the schedule and departure point of the tour. Or in the case of a hotel reservation, the name and address of the hotel you have booked. You must print this Electronic Ticket and bring it to deliver it at the time of registration, or when boarding the vehicle or boat. We recommend making the reservation as far in advance as possible so that you can take it on the day you want. Normally, and depending on the service and the season, there will be no availability between 5 to 6 days before the date, in addition to the fact that many of the tours do not operate daily. Our Hotel Cancellation Policies are:

Cancellations up to 15 days, full refund.
14 to 7 days, 15% charge on the total amount.
6 to 2 days before the hotel arrival date, 50% charge on the total amount.
1 day before or simply not showing up (No show), there will be no refund.

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour departure time; full refund.
47 to 36 hours before the tour departure time; 80% refund.
35 to 0 hours before the tour departure time or simply not showing up (No Show); there will be no refund.
