DAY 1 (MONDAY) CANCUN – TULUM – KOHUNLICH – CHICANNA

Departure from Cancun to Chicanna, on the way we will visit the archaeological zone of Tulum, built in front of the Caribbean Sea, having a great wall as protection, as well as the second largest reef in the world. Considered one of the last Mayan cities, which collapsed in 1600 AD. We will continue to Kohunlich, a place where we will find beautiful stucco masks, the ball game, as well as the plaza of the stelae. Continuation to the Chicanna area, famous for its temples with zoomorphic features. Overnight in Xpujil or Chicanna.

 
DAY 2 (TUESDAY) CHICANNA – BECAN – PALENQUE

06:30 am: Departure from Chicanna to visit the archaeological zone of Becan, which means “ravine” in Mayan, a name that alludes to the moat that surrounds the central part of the area, later we will move to the Misol-Ha waterfall where you can swim in its refreshing waters. At the end of the visit we will continue to Palenque. 

DAY 3 (WEDNESDAY) TUXTLA – SUMIDERO – SAN CRISTÓBAL 

Departure to visit the archaeological zone of Palenque, a place nestled in the jungle of Chiapas. The impressive thing about this area is the famous tomb of the ruler Pakal, inside the temple of inscriptions, designed specifically for his death. We will continue to Campeche, a beautiful city surrounded by walls to defend itself from pirates. Overnight in Campeche.

 
DAY 4 (THURSDAY) CAMPECHE – EDZNA – UXMAL – MERIDA

 Departure from Campeche to visit the archaeological zone of Edzná, with its beautiful Ambassadors building, where you can admire the great acoustics of its construction. Continuation to the state of Yucatán to visit one of the most beautiful Mayan cities for its decoration: Uxmal. Departure to Mérida to spend the night.

 
DAY 5 (FRIDAY)MERIDA – CHICHEN ITZA – CANCUN

 Departure to one of the new seven wonders of the modern world: Chichen Itza, a place where the Mayans combine their knowledge to fascinate us with the descent of Kukulcan, a phenomenon of light and shadow that occurs during the spring and autumn equinoxes. Continuation to Cancun / Riviera Maya.
