Xcaret Park has created a complete tour to enjoy the flora and fauna, aquatic activities, exhibitions and shows in the area, starting at 9:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and includes access to the following activities : Aquarium - Explore the bottom of the sea without getting wet. This quiet place shows us the importance of the various types of reefs and some of the most impressive examples of marine plants and animals. The Butterfly Farm – located in Xcaret is the first butterfly farm in Mexico, with 3,500 square meters of tropical vegetation and ceilings of almost 15 meters, it is one of the largest in the world. Deer Refuge - There are many animal species in Xcaret that provide wonderful experiences such as White-tailed deer and Temazate (a miniature variety). Jaguar Island - Hunters by nature, jaguars play in the large, leafy trees within the islands. There are telescopes strategically placed to observe these strong and graceful cats from the best angles. Edible Mushroom Farm - At the Edible Mushroom Farm you will learn the process of growing the Pleurotus mushroom, an edible and very tasty mushroom. Tapir House - Meet our friendly tapir ""Poloc"", which means chubby in Mayan. This is one of the rarest and least known species in our park. Aviary - The area is filled with hundreds of birds of different species from the region, some of which are in danger of extinction. Underground Rivers - The gentle and refreshing currents of these two underground rivers will take you for more than a kilometer through the depths of the earth; where you will discover ancient Mayan cenotes, magical caverns and caves, rock formations and marine fossils. Lagoon - Between the jungle and the beach, a lagoon of calm waters opens before our eyes, with islets that serve as home to some tropical birds that fill the environment with exotic sounds. Dense tropical vegetation surrounds this charming lagoon. Delight your eyes by contemplating the Xcaret Lagoon and the splendid landscape that surrounds it! Natural Pools - On one side of Xcaret Beach and behind the Aquarium you will find this great creation of nature. The pools of Xcaret are like natural jacuzzis, since the onslaught of the waves naturally fills and recycles their waters. Enjoy the movement of the tide to the fullest without having to swim in the open sea. The archaeological zone - The Mayans, the best-known classical civilization in Mesoamerica, built one of their main cities and ceremonial centers in Xcaret. Tour the archaeological zones and discover the vestiges of the splendid cultural heritage that these incredible mathematicians, astronomers and architects left to humanity The Mayan Town - Xcaret opens the doors to the daily life of the Mayans and invites you to travel through time visiting a replica of a Mayan Town where you can witness how the people lived at the time when the extraordinary civilization Mayan settled in this territory. Río del Paraíso - During the 20-minute journey, a rafter from the region will take you to cross the Río del Paraíso and cross the Tropical Rainforest Trail where you can observe animals such as deer, saraguato monkeys, macaws and iguanas, as well as the majesty of the jungle of Quintana Roo. The Xcaret Scenic Tower - with capacity for 72 people, rises to a height of 80 meters to bring you closer to the vision of the Mayans, who saw the earth as an immense crocodile that floats on the water, letting the exuberant tropical rainforest vegetation. The Ball Game Show – in Xcaret you can witness a demonstration of this ancient game on the new court with an architectural style inspired by Monte Albán (Oaxaca state) and Copán (Honduras). The Flyers of Papantla - Four birdmen of Totonac blood descend from the top of the universal tree tracing circles in the air. At 30 meters high, the caporal dances and plays pre-Hispanic instruments. They are the Flyers of Papantla worshiping the Sun King! Equestrian Show - This festivity integrates equestrian exhibition, competitions, horse luck, colorful costumes and music. The charros gallantly display the flourish of the rope, the horse stall and other equestrian performances, mounted on Aztec horses of excellent lineage.
